Hammerjob:

• Übernahme allgemeiner kaufmännischer und administrativer Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung verschiedener Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Qualität, Regulierung und Nachhaltigkeit

• Erstellung und Formatierung von Berichten und Protokollen

• Nachverfolgung von Audit Ergebnissen im sozialen und Umweltbereich

• Upload und Pflege von Konformitätserklärungen

• Support bei Materialdaten und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

• Aktives Einbringen bei Fachthemen, Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterstützung der Kommunikation sowie der Außendarstellung der Abteilung

• Eigenverantwortliche Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache

• Ansprechpartner (w-m-d) für Anfragen der Führungskräfte (w-m-d) und Mitarbeitern (w-m-d)

Super Werkzeug:

• Abgeschlossene, idealerweise kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

• Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit ist wünschenswert

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
