Responsibilities:
Lead and support after-sales projects across the company’s product portfolio, covering new service launches, new product ranges and process optimization initiatives.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service processes, documentation and systems.
Collaborate closely with service partners, sales representatives and end customers to continuously enhance and optimize the after-sales service offering.
Work in close coordination with the local Service Manager to ensure effective support during the launch of new service initiatives, including planning and execution of all relevant activities.
Monitor and validate all prerequisites and essential steps required for the successful rollout of each program, ensuring readiness prior to go-live.
Oversee program timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
Participate actively in all testing procedures to ensure thorough and effective validation processes.
Lead the transfer and implementation of processes within the sales units, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in project management
Solid professional experience in After Sales, Service Coordination, or Technical Customer (f-m-d) Support
Strong command of the English language
Willingness to travel in accordance with business requirements
Experience in working with data analytics platforms, ideally with Qlik Sense
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
