At Aeon, we are building one of Europe’s most ambitious preventive health brands. By combining full-body MRI and advanced blood diagnostics, we help people take control of their long-term health before symptoms appear.

We’re looking for an intern who is curious, driven, and passionate about health. This is not a “shadow someone and take notes” internship. You’ll contribute to real work that helps the company scale. This role is an excellent opportunity if you want to learn how an early-stage startup operates across functions and see how decisions are made day to day.

You’ll collaborate closely with a small senior team and steadily take on more responsibility as you ramp up.

Duration: 3–6 months (by mutual agreement)

Tasks

Growth & PR

• Research potential influencer and partnership collaborations aligned with the Aeon brand
• Coordinate outreach and maintain an overview of collaborations
• Support with updating and maintaining online marketing campaigns

Operations & Customer Success

• Own recurring operational workflows and task tracking
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders incl. managing incoming customer questions and liaising with our partners
• Help improve internal ways of working as the company scales, e.g., creating SOPs
• Contribute to improving our customer experience, e.g., making self-service resources more accessible.

People & Hiring

• Support hiring efforts, incl. candidate screening
• Maintain candidate pipelines and support interview logistics

Finance, Legal & Administration

• Support finance and administrative work such as invoicing and contracts
• Help ensure smooth contractor onboarding and documentation

Requirements

You are:

• Structured, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
• A clear communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• Curious, driven, and motivated to learn how a startup operates end to end
• Strongly interested in health and preventive care
• Legally allowed to work in Switzerland and available to work from our Winterthur office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
