Tasks

Your Role
Starting as soon as possible for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards, you’ll support our medical team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with laboratories and healthcare partners
• Manage lab orders, prescriptions and lab results
• Handle no-shows and appointment planning
• Organising medical files (HIN)
• Support billing and general admin

Requirements

What You Bring

Experience in (medical) administration or similar experience (in progress or completed)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy (ENutri, HIN, online scheduling, etc.)
• Reliable and discreet with sensitive health data
• Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
