We are a modern, growing Pilates studio focused on high-quality, effective and inspiring training experiences. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate and qualified Pilates Instructor for Mat, Reformer or Barre.

Tasks

• Lead Pilates classes (Mat, Reformer and/or Barre) in group settings
• Provide professional instruction for clients of different fitness levels
• Offer hands-on corrections and exercise modifications where appropriate
• Create a welcoming, motivating and safe training environment
• Support smooth studio operations related to class delivery
• Assist with events, workshops and special classes

Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer and/or Barre)

New to Teaching or Still in Training?

If you have not yet completed your Pilates certification or are currently in training, we are also happy to review your application. We are open to supporting motivated individuals and offering an optimal pathway into teaching, depending on your experience, skills and development goals.

• Teaching experience is an advantage but not required
• Passion for movement and working with people
• Professional, confident and empathetic presence
• Reliable, responsible and team-oriented
• Good English or German language skills (additional languages are a plus)
