• Supporting high-quality research in the fields of corporate purpose, strategic management and practice, and crisis readiness and resilience
• Support research publications in leading academic journals and practitioner outlets
• Supporting strategic collaborations between academia and global business
• Collaboration in the acquisition and implementation of funded research and development projects with partners from the industry and the public sector
• Proactively enhancing the center's visibility and presence across multiple channels (social media, website, classical media)
• Collaboration in the development and implementation of academic and executives focused offerings

For this exciting position you have completed a master's degree in strategic and international management, Business Administration or Marketing. The position requires practical and/or academic experience as well as an understanding and interest in the fields of Corporate Purpose, International Strategic Management and Resilience. We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our team at the intersection of research, business practice, and education.

As an ideal candidate you will bring:

• A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Practical experience with project management and digital communication.
• Strong writing skills in English and German, with a talent for clear, engaging communication, tailored to diverse audiences.
• A genuine interest in qualitative research, such as case studies, and their application in education.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience collaborating in international, multidisciplinary settings.
