Helios Catering West GmbH is looking for a full-time Head of Cafeteria (m/f/d) for the Wuppertal site as of 01.09.2025.

• You are responsible for personnel management, briefing and scheduling of your employees
• You motivate your team and enjoy developing them further
• Responsible for the purchase of goods, the presentation of goods and the supervision of catering and events
• You implement our jointly developed quality standards
• You are the contact person for our customers and contractual partners
• You take on all administrative tasks and are largely responsible for the smooth running of the business

• Completed training as a hotel specialist / system caterer or several years of professional experience as a chef (m/f/d)
• High degree of team spirit and assertiveness
• Confident and confident appearance
• You enjoy your job, like to take on responsibility, are open to new things, like to think outside the box and would like to develop yourself and your working environment further
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
