Project Leadership & Execution
- Drive the most complex and critical projects across timing, innovation, and technical scope.
- Own and maintain full project plans, risk management, project reviews, and key deliverables.
- Ensure project success across Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery, and Methodology.
- Communicate customer requirements and performance targets clearly to internal teams.
- Champion adherence to PDP processes and compliance standards.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Interface
- Act as the main link between Manufacturing Sites and Supply Chain for transitioning products into high‑volume production.
- Support serial launch readiness and smooth industrialisation.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for all project management topics.
- Align communication across customer and internal stakeholder groups.
Product Quality
- Lead the team to achieve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Worldwide Formal Customer Complaint (WFCC) targets.
Cost, Budget & CAPEX
- Meet investment and financial targets, including forecasts and capital spending.
- Manage CAPEX planning, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
New Business Support
- Collaborate with Start Center leaders during quote and early‑stage business activities.
Continuous Improvement
- Apply Lean / I&CIM methodologies to drive operational efficiency and project team performance.
Team & Leadership
- Lead through influence across functional teams.
- Partner with Group Managers to ensure resource availability.
- Act as a role model and mentor for junior PMs.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full PDP compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting.
- Support and participate in internal/external audits.
Your Background
- Strong accountability and ownership; consistently delivers results under pressure
- Customer‑focused with solid business, market, and financial acumen
- Action‑oriented mindset with urgency, energy, and decisiveness
- Transparent communicator who addresses difficult issues effectively
- Builds trust through integrity, authenticity, and reliable execution
- Highly adaptable to changing priorities; strong stress tolerance
- Effective collaborator with excellent cross‑functional partnership skills
- Strong planning, organisation, and risk‑management capabilities (analysis, mitigation, intelligent risk‑taking)
- Skilled negotiator
- Solid understanding of PDP processes and product/technology knowledge
- Fluent in English; proficient in German
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership/mentoring abilities
- Proven track record in program/project management and launching complex products
