Job Summary

As a Master Data Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and managing master data in our own ERP System AMS and to extend information data to SAP, supporting users with process instructions, and providing first-line support for master data-related issues. The role includes ensuring of data accuracy and quality across various systems and tools.

The position is based in Zofingen, Switzerland.

Please note that due to vacation period, the process will be continued from 12 August.

What you will do

1. User Support

• Offer first-line support for data-related issues at local sites.
• Escalate complex issues to senior Master Data Management levels.
• Supports also purchasing team in communication with suppliers to receive correct pricing information, mpFC documentation and technical data sheets

2. Master Data Management

• Perform data maintenance tasks, including creating, modifying, and deleting data objects.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by executing data cleansing activities.
• Support and implement global and local MDM procedures, updating documentation as needed.

3. ERP and Tool Management

• Handle specific ERP tasks in AMS and SAP, including article sourcing, order conditions, sales pricing, and PMR/SP lists for projects.
• Use SAP transactions for sourcing, pricing, and managing purchase information records (PIR).
• Execute tasks in Bizagi, MDG, and other platforms such as Zilliant for pricing management and article categorization.

4. Documentation and Communication

• Manage and update technical documentation, merge PDFs, and archive documents in systems as required.
• Receive, organize, and track technical documents from suppliers and store them in AMS.

5. System and Tool Expertise

• Operate various software tools including Excel and PDF merge programs
• Utilize collaboration tools (Teams, Webex) and platforms (SharePoint, Orbis) to facilitate communication and data management.
• Engage in continuous learning through Tetra Pak E-Learning and other provided training materials.

6. Additional Tasks and Support

• Act as a QuTI-P/QTIM handler, addressing forwarded requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support supply management tasks such as requesting mpfc documents, pricing, and quotations / supplier clean up and maintenance
