This is what you move:

As an Ad Operations Consultant (f/m/d) , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and optimization of our digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate across teams, leverage data to drive performance, and maintain accuracy and compliance. In addition, you take on the following tasks:
  • Manage Campaigns : Oversee end-to-end campaign trafficking and execution, including creative trafficking, quality control, pacing, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Optimize Performance : Utilize ad servers (CM360, Adform) and programmatic/DSP platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance : Implement and monitor third-party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify) to maintain brand safety, prevent fraud, and guarantee ad viewability.
  • Analyze Data : Leverage GA4, Adobe Analytics, Piwik, and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint) to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Implement Tracking : Work with Google Tag Manager and other tag systems, using basic coding (JavaScript, HTML, Python) to troubleshoot tracking and automate processes.
  • Collaborate & Present : Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and support colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive Decisions : Make data-driven recommendations, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate execution and reporting at all times.

The following qualities distinguish you:

  • API & Ad Tech : Strong knowledge of API integrations and hands-on experience with ad tech platforms.
  • Campaign Execution : Proven expertise in trafficking and executing campaigns across multiple platforms, including CM360 and Adform.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Adobe Analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint).
  • Verification & Compliance : Proficient with third-party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify) to ensure brand safety, fraud detection, and viewability.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams, mentor colleagues, and present confidently.
  • Programming & Tracking : Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, or Python, and experience with Google Tag Manager or similar systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Decision-Making & Multi-Tasking : Strong decision-making skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills : You communicate confidently in English. Very good German skills are a clear advantage.
