• Certificate from PAAC, EMCC, ICF with a specialization in ADHD
• Complete fluency in English. German is a big plus
• Deep expertise in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), including current research and evidence-based practices
• Proven experience in ADHD coaching, preferably with both adults and adolescents
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible, compassionate way
• Familiarity with somatic tools, executive function strategies, and behavior-based interventions is a plus
• High level of empathy, structure, and reliability in client support
