Tasks
As our Appointment Setter (Sales Development Representative), you’re the first voice future restaurant partners hear from. You find them, call them, and spark their curiosity to join the Future Kitchens network.
Your goal? Get them excited enough to book a meeting with our Expansion Team.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential restaurant partners across Switzerland
- Qualify leads based on our expansion criteria (location, capacity, fit, etc.)
- Present the Future Kitchens value proposition in a clear, engaging way
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the Expansion Team
- Keep our CRM up to date with lead notes and next steps
- Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to refine targeting and outreach
Requirements
You’re energetic, persuasive, and resilient - someone who loves the buzz of turning a cold call into a warm opportunity.
Must-haves:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
- Excellent command of German and French (English is a plus)
- Strong communicator who can build quick rapport on the phone
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid of “no”
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality, food service, or SaaS sales
