• Warm welcoming and registration of guests
• Professional wardrobe management
• Handling guest inquiries with professionalism, addressing minor issues, and escalating when necessary are part of your duties
• Collaboration with the team to provide exceptional service and supporting colleagues during busy periods is essential

Qualifikation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer service orientation
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable
• Preferably student of a hotel management school
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Fluency in German or French, very good knowledge of English
