• Create and present the initial data package for the business case, if needed
• Introduce the project structure and plan for the assembly procedure
• Execute the project according to the plan and identify mitigations when necessary
• Coordinate the acquisition of relevant technical OEM data for the upcoming procedure and manage data exchange
• Formulate, set up, and release assembly processes, providing operational support
• Implement and uphold standardized assembly process(es) for industrialization
• Define process metrics and goals
• Create, process, visualize, and analyze datasets related to assembly procedures
• Explore and execute plans for the application of innovative process technologies
• Maintain close communication with all stakeholders
• Compile all documentation and ensure the publication of pertinent documents in the system
• Offer support, as requested, to Operations, Process Engineering, Tooling Engineering, and/or Shop Engineering

• Hold an MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Scientific/Technical studies
• Proficiency in English (C1); German language skills are highly recommended
• Demonstrated expertise in the Manufacturing and/or Maintenance of Rotating equipment
• Hands-on experience in CNC Machining, including programming proficiency
• Proven track record in Statistics, data analysis, and visualization techniques
• Display a proactive and flexible mindset with a strong achiever mentality
• Excel as a cross-linked thinker
• Possess strong team player qualities and effective communication skills
