YOUR CHALLENGE

• Unterstützung der Kundenberater in sämtlichen Belangen der Beratung und Betreuung von externen Vermögensverwaltern

• Abwicklung und Kontrolle von Kundenaufträgen (Börse, Devisen, Zahlungsaufträge, etc.);

• Erledigung von Kontoeröffnungen, Saldierungen und Mutationen; Erstellen und Nachführen von Kundendaten; Cash Management

• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften und der Compliance gemäss internen Richtlinien und Standards (z.B. Kontoeröffnungen, Zahlungsanweisungen usw.) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenberater und dem Team Head

• Überwachen der Saldo- und Fälligkeitslisten, Titelein- und -auslieferungen

• Telefonischer Kundenkontakt und administrative Betreuung einer anspruchsvollen Kundschaft von externen Vermögensverwaltern

• Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenbesuchen

• Selbständiges und proaktives Pendenzenmanagement

• Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams während Abwesenheiten

YOUR PROFILE

• Kaufmännische Bankausbildung

• 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Assistant Relationship Manager oder ähnliche Funktion im Private Banking oder Intermediaries

• Gute Kenntnisse von Private Banking Bankprodukten und Service-

• dienstleistungen

• Freude am Kontakt mit externen Vermögensverwaltern

• Hoher Grad an Belastbarkeit, Selbständigkeit sowie Flexibilität

• Interesse an den Finanzmärkten und am aktuellen Weltgeschehen

• Ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit mit positiver Lebenseinstellung

• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, exakte Arbeitsweise, Teamplayer

• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse

• Fliessend Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
