Based on its broad expertise, OEKO-TEX® offers various certifications for textiles, clothing, leather goods, chemicals and sustainable production conditions. To complement and support our product management team at our head office in Zurich, we are looking for a committed, flexible and effective Auditor (100%).

Your area of responsibility:

• Translate OEKO-TEX® standards (e.g. STANDARD 100, ECO PASSPORT) into structured audit criteria
• Develop and maintain audit questionnaires, decision trees, and audit modules
• Transform complex regulatory requirements into practical, digital audit logic
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of standards across regions
• Train and support internal auditors and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve audit frameworks based on feedback and regulatory updates
• Contribute to quality assurance and harmonization of audit processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in digitalization initiatives

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in auditing, certification, or compliance
• Background in textiles, chemicals, or sustainability standards
• Experience with OEKO-TEX® or similar certification systems In-depth knowledge of textile processes and chemical compliance frameworks (e.g., RSL/MRSL)
• Strong understanding of traceability concepts and audit methodology in supply chains
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Experience in developing audit tools or compliance frameworks is a plus
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Strong communication and training skills
• High attention to detail and quality
