YOUR CHALLENGE
Elicitation and documentation of detailed business and system requirements for Channels Admin and Support Tool (CAST)
Collaboration with product teams, IT architects, security specialist and compliance stakeholders to align on access control frameworks
Configuration support and testing oversight during SIT and UAT for CAST-enabled functionalities
Maintenance of central artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices and change logs
Facilitation of workshops and sign-offs with business representatives and control functions
Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within a financial services organisation
Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements for IT applications and integrations
In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) frameworks
Understanding of core banking platforms and systems and their integration touchpoints
Experience configuring, testing or validating access rights and permissions in SIT and UAT phases
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, change logs
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering sign-offs and coordinating with business units and control functions (Legal, Compliance, IT Security)
Strong grasp of data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)
Fluency in English and good German language skills are mandatory
CDPP, POPM/PSPO/CSPO
Soft skills
Clear and confident communicator, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Strong collaborator with ability to build consensus across departments and stakeholders
Organised and detail-oriented, with high accuracy in documentation and tracking
Proactive problem solver who identifies risks and dependencies early
Skilled workshop facilitator with ability to guide discussions and achieve decisions
Accountable and reliable, taking ownership of deliverables and timelines
Adaptable and solution-driven in dynamic, regulated environments
Team player with a service-oriented mindset
