What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who can bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the team, along with:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking industry, ideally with a focus on E-Banking

• A solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development

• Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain  clear, detailed feature documentation

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and, ideally, experience with Avaloq AFP

• A passion for improving user experiences and maintaining high-quality standards

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and explain them to different audiences

• A collaborative mindset, working closely with the Private Clients platform teams to achieve shared goals

• Fluency in both English and German (essential)
