Structured Products - Derivatives - Product Governance - Trading - Risk - Agile

Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory requirements for structured products and derivatives governance in a banking trading environment
• Work closely with cross functional stakeholders especially legal, risk and
  compliance to interpret regulatory requirements, analyse impact of change and
  develop suitable solutions/governance frameworks
• Ensure that all distributed products meet client suitability standards
• Work with an Agile development team to refine and prioritize features and stories
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, testing and retrospectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in the financial industry
• Soild understanding of product governance
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag, 871m)
• Very good knowledge of cross-asset structured products and its issuance and distribution processes
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trading and risk systems
• German language skills
