About Virtusan

Help build the operating system for human longevity.

Virtusan is a Swiss-based longevity ecosystem at the intersection of science, technology and premium real-world experiences. We are building a closed-loop system that connects data, behaviour and environments so people can live longer, better lives.

We operate through two closely linked entities:

• Virtusan Digital: Ring + App, AI-driven behaviour change, Longevity OS and biomarker intelligence
• Virtusan Spaces: Curated longevity rooms, studios and environments embedded in leading hotels, clinics and destinations

We are now hiring a CEO / COO / GM to take the lead on building and scaling Virtusan through its next phase. You will work directly with the Founder & Chairwoman, and the Board to turn a highly differentiated vision into a focused, scalable business.

Tasks

Your exact scope will be shaped together, but you will broadly:

• Lead day-to-day execution across Virtusan Digital and Virtusan Spaces (or one entity initially, with group-level responsibility over time)
• Translate the longevity vision into products, partnerships and revenue, with clear priorities and roadmaps
• Build, align and inspire teams across tech, science, partnerships, operations and brand
• Work closely with our Scientific Advisory Board and strategic partners to turn evidence-based protocols into compelling, scalable experiences
• Own the operating plan and key metrics for the next 12–24 months, including pilots, launches, revenue and margins
• Prepare the company for its next growth milestones (new sites, scaled deployments and future fundraising).

Requirements

This is not a caretaker role. It is a builder role.

You are an entrepreneurial CEO, COO, or GM who:

• Has built and scaled a company or business unit in healthtech, consumer tech, SaaS, hospitality or adjacent fields
• Has owned a P&L and led cross-functional teams (product, commercial, operations)
• Is comfortable operating across digital products and physical experiences
• Can turn vision into execution without losing depth, quality or scientific integrity
• Thrives in ambiguity but brings structure, focus and accountability

Experience in longevity, wellness, or premium hospitality is a strong plus, but a track record of building and scaling matters most.

Location: Switzerland or Europe with regular time in Lucerne/ Zurich and on-site with partners

Compensation: Competitive salary plus meaningful equity / upside, aligned with experience and role scope.
