Change Manager – Contract – Insurance – Switzerland (Zurich)

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the rollout of a new AI-powered underwriting tool for a global insurance company. This is a contract/project role, not permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple countries
• Gather and analyse feedback from underwriters to inform improvements
• Develop and deliver training content (guides, demo videos, live sessions)
• Drive adoption and support change management initiatives globally
• Engage stakeholders across countries to ensure smooth rollout
• Support continuous improvement and communicate benefits to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
• 3-4+ years’ experience in Change Management on global transformation projects
• Insurance experience
• Proven experience managing UAT and software rollouts across multiple countries
• Experience creating training materials and communications for end-users
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and presentation skills
