Description:

The Talent Development manager will design, implement & deliver talent development solutions in close collaboration with our Global COEs, HRBPs and site leaders that build organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and ensure a strong leadership and succession pipeline aligned with business strategy.

The Talent Development Manager for luxury operates as a strategic enabler, designer, facilitator, and talent advisor—not just delivering training, but building organizational capability, leadership depth, engagement, and succession readiness in a sustainable and measurable way.

Learning Strategy & Design

  • Develop and execute the organizational learning and development strategy.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify capability gaps and future skill requirements.
  • Design end-to-end learning programs using blended and experiential approaches, aligning with our Global COEs Academy Programs.

Program Delivery

  • Facilitate leadership development programs.
  • Coach leaders, HRBPs and managers to embed learning on the job.
  • Manage external learning partners and facilitators.

Talent Development

  • Drive the Talent Development process for Luxury, building internal capability in the organization.
  • Implement & deliver leadership development academy across all levels.
  • Lead high-potential and talent acceleration programs.
  • Embed coaching, mentoring, and learning methodologies.

Engagement.

  • Drive the engagement process as LPO across Luxury.
  • Use learning initiatives to support engagement, inclusion, and culture.

Succession Planning

  • Manage succession planning for critical roles in collaboration with the Global COE.
  • Partner with leaders & HRBPs to identify successors and assess readiness.
  • Create targeted development plans to build bench strength.

Measurement & Governance

  • Define and track learning effectiveness and talent metrics.
  • Manage learning budgets, systems, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory training requirements

What You need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent

  • 5 y of HR experience
  • Proven experience in learning design, facilitation, and leadership development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
  • Knowledge on succession planning and talent development frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into learning & development experiences.
  • Data-literate with experience evaluating capability building impact.
  • Self-driven, prioritization capability, and results oriented.
