About the Opportunity
We are currently supporting a leading global consultancy in their search for an experienced SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant to join their Zurich-based team.
Our client is a trusted advisor to enterprise organisations undergoing complex HR digital transformations. As part of their continued expansion in the DACH region, they are looking for a functional/technical consultant to lead the implementation of SmartRecruiters’ ATS platform for high-profile clients across various sectors.
The Role
As a SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle implementation of SmartRecruiters – from discovery to go-live. You’ll work closely with client HR, TA, and IT teams to configure the system to their needs and ensure a seamless rollout that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver SmartRecruiters implementations across enterprise clients.
Conduct discovery workshops to define client requirements and map recruiting processes.
Configure and optimise SmartRecruiters modules (Job Posting, Interview Workflow, Offer Management, etc.).
Coordinate integrations with HRIS, payroll, and third-party tools.
Run UAT, user training sessions, and post-go-live support.
Act as the client’s trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the implementation.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years’ experience implementing SmartRecruiters or other leading Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Lever, Greenhouse).
Deep knowledge of recruitment workflows, talent acquisition , and HR systems.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with system configuration, workflow design, and data migration.
Ability to troubleshoot, support change requests, and advise on best practices.
Language Requirements
Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential
Fluent English – required for working in international project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
SmartRecruiters Certification (preferred but not essential).
Experience with API-based integrations and HR tech ecosystems.
Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR in recruitment).
