Within our Finance & Controlling division, we are looking for a proactive Controller in Zurich. You will be part of an experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include financial performance measurement, budgeting and forecasting, financial governance, and driving process excellence by using cutting edge technology.
Within our Finance & Controlling division, we are looking for a proactive Controller in Zurich. You will be part of an experienced and professional team whose responsibilities include financial performance measurement, budgeting and forecasting, financial governance, and driving process excellence by using cutting edge technology.
What would your role be?
Monitor and control the development of monthly financials , focusing on corporate center costs
Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic group initiatives
D rive forecasting and budgeting , monitor the execution of investment projects and cost saving measures
Support the Head of Corporate Center Controlling with ad-hoc and operational topics, including the preparation of business cases and transfer pricing projects
Use new technologies to c ontinuously improve the quality and effectiveness of analytics and interactive reporting suites as well as recurring monthly processes
What are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or similar applied quantitative sciences
Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling or similar position in the banking industry . E xperience in business partnering or corporate center cost controlling is a plus
Excellent knowledge MS Office . Programming skills ( SQL, Python), Tableau, Power-BI and experience with AI are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with results-oriented mind-set
An independent professional with distinct service / customer orientation
Able to work under pressure and good team player
Willing to take full ownership of your work or projects and inspire collaborative approach to exceed expectations
Willing to engage in a changing and flexible environment, with the ability to question the status quo and take feedback
