- Implementation of planning, budgeting and controlling processes in the company
- Implementation of liquidity planning and preparation of forecasts and multi-year plans
- Responsibility for controlling and reporting the development budget, funding and European grants
- Synchronization of accounting, controlling and reporting as well as automation of processes
- Preparation of reports and evaluations for shareholders and management
- Processing payroll accounting and social insurance
- Collaboration on projects such as VAT accruals and deferrals, currency reconciliations and financing
Your profile
- Degree in business administration (university/university of applied sciences) with a specialization in finance and accounting or qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate and/or expert in accounting and controlling
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of finance, controlling and accounting as well as sound knowledge of financial reporting and planning
- Structured and precise way of working, proactive approach and willingness to take on responsibility
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Flexible and committed personality with a strong hands-on mentality
- Precise, reliable and responsible way of working
