About the job
In this position, you will strengthen our Corporate HR function by driving HR Controlling excellence, supporting Global HRBPs with operational HR needs, and contributing to key HR transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Controlling, Global HRBPs, and Corporate HR Centers of Expertise to ensure data driven decisions and impactful project delivery.
Your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
HR Controlling & Workforce Planning
Maintain and further develop a standardized HR Controlling framework for ExCo functions (PEX forecasting, scenario planning)
Prepare business cases and financial impact calculations for organizational changes, recruiting plans, promotions, or restructuring proposals
Partner with Corporate Controlling and local HR teams to reconcile HR forecasts (Workday) with financial actuals
HR Generalist Support for Global HRBPs
Prepare HR reports, insights, and executive ready presentations for Global HRBPs and functional leadership teams
Support selected employee cases and HR lifecycle processes within the HRBP remit
Coordinate and prepare materials, documentation, and talking points for leadership meetings and HRBP led discussions
Project Management
Contribute to and occasionally lead projects across Talent, Learning, Culture, C&B, and People Analytics
Contribute to change management activities, including communication, documentation, and training
About you
We are looking for a motivated, analytical and collaborative talent who enjoys working across HR and Finance and is excited to contribute to Corporate HR’s strategic agenda.
You bring along the following background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in a similar HR, HR Controlling, People Analytics, or HR Project/Transformation role within an international environment
Experience in project management and ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Strong understanding of HR systems (ideally Workday) and HR data structures; ability to navigate multiple data sources confidently
High proficiency in Excel and comfort building and maintaining models, templates, and workforce planning tools
Strong analytical and numerical skills, able to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, including preparing executive level materials
A proactive, solution oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Full professional proficiency in English
