SportsXLab is an emerging sports-tech startup with a mission to change the way people in sports learn, connect, and get inspired.

We’re building a platform for high-quality online courses, stories, and knowledge around performance, mindset, and modern sports culture, together with athletes, coaches, and experts from around the world.

SportsXLab Originals is our storytelling branch: real, emotional, and inspiring stories from the world of sport. Honest insights into ambition, setbacks, and the human side of performance.

Tasks

Your Role

As our Creative Producer, you’ll be the driving creative force behind SportsXLab Originals.

From identifying powerful topics to conducting interviews and shaping the final story, you’ll bring authentic voices to life and help define how SportsXLab tells its stories.

You’ll work closely with our founding team and have massive creative freedom to shape the tone, structure, and direction of the Originals from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Research and develop story ideas around sport, people, and performance
• Identify and reach out to potential interview partners (athletes, coaches, parents, experts)
• Conduct and edit interviews (text, audio, or video — depending on your skills)
• Collaborate with our social media & design team to publish and promote the stories
• Help build and expand our storytelling network

Requirements

What You Bring

• Passion for sports, storytelling, and authentic human stories
• Experience in journalism, production, content creation, or communication
• Strong sense of initiative and ownership. You love to make things happen
• Creative, structured, and independent work style
• Excitement for joining a project in its early, shaping phase
