We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing processes, enhancing client experiences, and delivering impactful campaigns.

Marketing Operations Management & Process Optimization

• Coordinate campaign send-outs, including target group selection, scheduling, and execution.
• Provide first-level user support for internal marketing tools.
• Own and further develop the end-to-end lead management process.
• Optimize marketing operations by streamlining and optimizing our internal processes.

Onboarding & Training

• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for marketing teams, including training sessions and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all training materials and marketing practices.

Customer Insights & Marketing Automation

• Collect and analyze user requirements to enhance marketing journeys.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of client experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Design and maintain automated client journeys using marketing automation tools.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in crm, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with e-mail marketing tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with target group segmentation and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of lead management and client journey optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken).
