As a Domain Test Manager you are leading the ART Testing Team and you are embedded in the Agile Release Train (ART), working in matrix organization. Your primary objective will be to guide teams to work within the Agile Delivery Test Concept (ADTC), aligned to the Global Test Strategy (GTS) of Julius Baer.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• 5 years of experience in leading test teams and test initiatives from Dev to acceptance testing

• Experience in leading/supporting all testing initiatives of an agile team from Dev to acceptance testing – within the Banking & Finance industry is an advantage

• Experience in big transformation projects (core banking replacement)

• Able to maintain standard agile testing tools (Jira, XRAY, InteliJ)

• Familiar with multiple technical platforms and strategies how to test applications build on them (React, Java GUI, Temenos, API layer, database)

• Familiar with multiple testing tools (Cypress, Cucumber/Selenium, STEP, K6, Tosca)

• Coaching skills to lead team members to improve and share their testing knowledge and achieve shift-left mindset

• Proactive ownership of quality bottlenecks within the project od product development process

• Able to drive continuous testing improvements, design testing strategies and integrate testing into the development process

• Together with Test Competency Center drive continuous developing and implementing Global Test Strategy, track KPIs and represent IT governance

• Manage and align testing in agile teams combined with monthly releases and e2e testing dependencies

YOUR PROFILE

• Education in Software Engineering or in Banking & Finance or studies or certification in Quality / Test Management

• Banking knowledge in portfolio management, client reporting and core banking process including Temenos product knowledge is a big advantage

• Professional in agile project methodologies

• Management and organizational skills

• Willing to lead the group of QA people across agile teams and cross locations

• A self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitude

• Leading and mentoring skills

• Strong commitment to the quality of the products and risk aware mindset

• English required, German as an additional language is a plus
