Das ist deine neue Rolle
- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Kunststoffbaugruppen sowie Spritzgussteilen - von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich Materialwahl, Fertigungsverfahren und Bauteilgestaltung
- Eigenständige Leitung von Projekten - intern und extern - mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten und Termineinhaltung
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Versuchen, Tests und Bemusterungen

Erstellung technischer Unterlagen und Entwicklungsdokumentationen gemäß Kunden- und Normanforderungen
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Kunststoffbauteilen oder -baugruppen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Materialkunde, Spritzgussverfahren und Prozessoptimierung
- Sehr gute CAD-Skills (idealerweise in mehreren Programmen)
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Freude daran, neue Ideen einzubringen, etablierte Ansätze zu hinterfragen und interdisziplinär im Team zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
