As a
Finance Manager
you will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, working closely with internal stakeholders in Switzerland and China to ensure accurate, timely, and business-relevant financial information. Mandarin fluency is essential, as this position involves reviewing and exchanging financial data in Chinese.
Your tasks
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and operational performance data
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and deadlines across entities
- Serve as the key financial liaison between the Swiss HQ and Chinese operations
- Consolidate and validate financial data across multiple locations, including reports received in Chinese
- Assist with investment and M&A-related financial analysis
- Proactively support process improvements and automation within finance
- Collaborate with auditors and contribute to internal financial reviews
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or controlling
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, ideally in an international or group structure
- Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across cultures and time zones
- Precise, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
