Bank Julius Bär is one of the biggest issuers of Structured Products in Switzerland. Furthermore, we are a major market maker on various exchanges. To expand our support capabilities for our colleagues on the trading floor, we’re looking for a Front Arena Market Making Senior Developer.This role focuses on developing solutions for quoting, (auto-) hedging and interfacing with external markets.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Capture requirements, plan, implement and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)
Assist the Trading Desk in implementing changes and providing support with focus on Structured Products quoting / market-marking
Front User Support (Trading, Midoffice, Risk Office)
YOUR PROFILE
At least 5 years of experience in structured products quoting / market-making and trading
At least 5 years of Front Arena Prime Market-Making Development experience
Experience working directly with traders on a trading floor
Experience working with Front Arena AMAS
Good, clear communicator
Able to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
Empathetic person with great customer service skills
Strong analytical skills
Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
