Build and maintain advanced financial models and client reporting tools

Enhance forecasting models to support cash-flow planning

Develop automation solutions using Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Platform) and other systems

Improve data flows and integration between internal systems and external providers

Oversee daily operations across multiple funds, including capital calls, distributions, and stakeholder communication

Manage liquidity, cash movements, and credit facilities together with administrators and banking partners

Prepare and review quarterly/annual financial statements and capital account statements

Support valuation processes, update valuation models, and prepare materials for review committees

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Strong technical skills (Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL); experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus

Proven experience building complex financial models and automation solutions

2-4 years of experience in fund accounting, reporting, or operations, ideally with exposure to private equity

Understanding of private equity fund structures and partnership accounting

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Fluency in English. German fluency preferred.
