Wir suchen einen Global BCM Officer für die Implementierung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der weltweit gültigen BCM Standards und Systeme.YOUR CHALLENGE
Mitarbeit im Central BCM Team bei Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung des weltweiten BCM-Frameworks auf Basis des BCM-Lifecycles
Unterstützung der Global BC-Manager durch eigenständige Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben in sämtlichen Bereichen des BCM und Krisenmanagement
Koordination, Support und Kontrolle der dezentralen BCM- und Krisenmanagement-Organisation sowie weiteren wichtigen Stakeholdern
Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit, Angemessenheit und Kohärenz der BCM- und Krisenmanagement-Dokumentation pro Einheit und/oder Standort
Organisation, Koordinierung und Auswertung von BCM- und Krisenmanagement-Schulungen, -Übungen und -Tests
Unterstützung bei BCM-bezogenen Aufgaben im Rahmen des internen Reportings und Controllings sowie bei internen und externen Audits
Mithilfe beim Aufbau und Unterhalt eines Operational Resilience Frameworks
YOUR PROFILE
Persönliche und soziale Fähigkeiten
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
In der Lage, den Status quo kritisch zu bewerten und praktikable Lösungen vorzuschlagen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Durchsetzungsfähiges Auftreten
Lösungs- und kundenorientiertes Arbeitsethos
Flexibilität, starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Berufliche und technische Qualifikationen
Banklehre oder Bachelorstudium mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche
Erfahrene Excel-Anwender und gute Datenbankkenntnisse: GRC-Softwarekenntnisse wünschenswert
Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Business Continuity Management von Vorteil
