About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Advise Head of Finance GSC, CSCO, and site leaders to boost profitability and efficiency

• Standardize controlling processes, KPIs and reports; lead monthly reviews and variance analysis

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost targets for manufacturing and supply chain

• Track cost variances, ensure COGS transparency, and drive cost-saving initiatives

• Lead central controlling team and guide GBS controllers

• Provide financial analysis for CAPEX decisions and post-investment reviews

• Collaborate with Procurement, R&D, and Operations on strategic decisions

• Lead reporting automation and AI-driven financial improvement projects

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred

• 8+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position, preferably in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment

• Extensive knowledge of core controlling metrics along accounting, reporting, analysis, planning, and performance management on N-2 level

• Persistence and drive, with a talent for solving problems through innovative thinking and continuous improvement

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
