You will drive the digital transformation of our Master Data Management (MDM) processes, spearheading the deployment of tools such as SAP MDG and aligning multiple ERP systems.
How You Will Contribute

Lead the implementation and enhancement of MDM tools, including SAP MDG.
Establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs, embedding a continuous improvement mindset.
Provide training, documentation (e.g., SOPs), and contribute to capability building (e.g., via the SC Academy).
Define the digital roadmap for MDM, including workflow optimization and support structures.
Serve as a key influencer in a matrixed, multicultural environment, engaging senior leaders, business peers, and IT stakeholders.
What You Bring to Takeda
Deep functional expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) processes, with a proven track record of designing and implementing governance structures, data quality frameworks, and SOPs across global supply chain environments.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, with the ability to connect material master data governance to planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing operations.
Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems, in particular SAP (incl. SAP MDG) and JDE, including system integration, data workflows, and change management.
Demonstrated capability to lead complex master data transformations, including ERP harmonization, digital tool rollouts, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Ability to define and track data quality KPIs, and embed continuous improvement practices into data governance operations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels within a matrixed, multicultural organization, including IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.
