EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a global FMCG organization that manufactures products across international locations in its search for a Senior Supply & Production Planning Manager.

Our client is experiencing an exciting growth and adoption phase, driven by innovation and multiple projects within different pillars of the business.

As the Senior Supply & Production Planning Manager, you'll take on various responsibilities, including ongoing projects, while owning Supply & Production Planning within the EMEA region.

This role is based in Zug, Switzerland.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Supply & Production Planning Manager include:

• Owning Supply & Production Planning across international manufacturing sites & leading site managers.
• Drives a reduction in slow moving and excess obsolete inventory by driving collaboration with the markets for ongoing depletion of low rotating stocks and project management teams to trigger portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Plan production orders based on capacity and material availability, ensuring on-time delivery
• Coordinate scheduling and capacity resource planning in collaboration with the Production team for the EMEA sites
• Develop and support the implementation of projects and Production strategies in alignment with the company's strategic targets
• Own the Supply Planning process design across departments in line with SAP & OCM planning technology tools

Candidate requirements:

• Strong understanding of Production & Supply planning processes.
• 10 -15 years of experience in various supply chain functions.
• 5+ years of team leader/managerial based positions.
• Ability to influence and communicate at stakeholder level.
