Your role and responsibilities

Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Human Resources erwarten dich in den folgenden drei Bereichen spannende Herausforderungen und Aufgaben:

Berufsbildung
- (Mit-) Organisation diverser Events, wie z.B. Informationstage für die Berufslehre, Lagerwoche der Lernenden, Informatiktage, Nationaler Zukunftstag, etc.
- Mit-Selektion der neuen Lernenden
- Generelle administrative Unterstützung der Berufsbildung

Personaladministration
- Diverse administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
- Mithilfe in der Saläradministration
- Führen von Auswertungen und Statistiken

Corporate Health – Gesundheitsförderung
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events
- Unterstützung in der Mitarbeiterkommunikation (Newsletters, Intranet)

Was du mitbringst:
Du zeichnest dich durch zuverlässiges, selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten aus und bist eine sehr einsatzfreudige Person. Weiter bringst du Folgendes mit:
- Abschluss des schulischen Teils (drei Jahre) der Handelsmittelschule HMS
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationstalent
- Offenheit & Interesse, Neues kennenzulernen
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Disziplin
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Spass am Umgang mit Menschen
