We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Ping Identity (formerly ForgeRock IAM) to support a high-impact identity and access management initiative within a complex enterprise environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions based on Ping Identity / ForgeRock stack

• Configure and customize components such as AM (Access Management), IDM (Identity Management), DS (Directory Services), IG (Identity Gateway)

• Develop and manage authentication flows, access policies, and identity lifecycle processes

• Integrate IAM solutions with internal and external systems (e.g., APIs, directories, SaaS platforms)

• Support SSO, MFA, federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) implementations

• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution

• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to define IAM requirements

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

• Proven hands-on experience with Ping Identity / ForgeRock IAM (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and architectures

• Experience with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect

• Solid knowledge of LDAP directories and identity data models

• Experience with Java, Groovy, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) within IAM context

• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations

• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., banking, insurance) is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
