We are improving our Innovation Management in Finance and looking for a Strategic Assistant

Responsabilities:

• Support for strategic initiatives and operational optimisation – development of new ideas for optimising efficiency – tools, processes, training, use of visual management systems – including HPS (Healthineers Performance System) etc.
• Development and support of strategic, operational and financial KPI systems (performance tracking systems) – including measurement of process efficiency, resource allocation and capacity utilisation
• Business and financial analyses to identify trends and optimisation potential
• Analysis and preparation of potential innovation, including with regard to AI
• Organisation and management of projects and meetings

Competences:

• Degree in business administration, finance, business innovation or comparable
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to understand complex correlations, problem-solving skills and structured working methods and collaboration with stakeholders
• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with AI Systems
• Fluent in German and English
