• Assess the technical state of engine components in accordance with applicable regulations
• Generate work orders based on inspection findings
• Establish timelines for the maintenance cycle of engine parts
• Conduct inspections during the manufacturing process
• Initiate discussions with engineering to address issues exceeding defined limits
• Create work orders for both engine components and assemblies
• Develop documentation to attribute the condition of parts to the customer
• Conduct internal audits focusing on the 5S principles
• Promote ongoing improvement of shop processes to enhance quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with the company's safety and quality standards at all times
• Implement 5S principles to maintain a tidy and organized work environment

• Completion of a 3-4 year technical apprenticeship program
• Demonstrated autonomy and precision in work
• Effective team player
• Foundational IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Minimum English proficiency at level A2
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
