We are looking for an experienced leader in the audit field to join this Zurich headquartered group as an Internal Audit Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic leader to focus on developing the objectives and resource planning of the audit team as well as overseeing the implementation and growth of a best in class Corporate Audit function.

The role will be overseeing the audit scope, staffing requirements and other tasks to ensure the annual audit plan is fulfilled. A large part of your focus will be on managing the team, setting key objectives and building relationships to ensure the smooth running of the internal audit team.

You will have responsibility for managing the auditors, overseeing their work and providing career development guidance as well as being active in resource management for the team.

You will also be the main point of contact for all operational management for all key corporate audit tasks as well as playing a key part in the overall management team objectives for this diverse corporate group.

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager who has proven man management skills. This could either be as a Manager/ Senior Manager from an external audit environment or comparable managerial level role from another Corporate internal audit function.

Due to the locations covered within the purview of this role both German and French language are preferred.

Candidates should have strong interest in further developing a best in class department as well as the necessary qualifications (e.g. Swiss CPA, comparable Accounting qualification, CIA, CFE) as well as an interest in operational audit and improving processes.
