Join our Corporate Key Account Management team and support sales projects, customer relation topics, contract management and internal meetings. Take ownership of sub-projects, contribute to customer-focused solutions and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment.
- Manage or co-manage corporate sales projects and assist the KAMs (Key Account Manager) in sales activities, projects, and team meetings
- Develop customer-focused concepts (products and services) based on specific needs and requirements
- Support KAMs in preparing sales offers and contracts in accordance with the requirements of the business unit, coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries, optimize relationships and ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Support the contracting process by mapping the negotiated contract contents in the systems for contract fulfillment and ensuring coordination with the relevant interfaces
- Support KAM in preparation for customer visits (e.g. prepare materials for negotiations, review meetings etc.) and support in preparation of events
