Intro
Join Us in Shaping the Future of Alternative Investments
At Splint Invest, we make alternative investments accessible to everyone — from fine art and classic cars to whisky, handbags, and wine. We’re a fast-growing Swiss fintech startup with a small, driven, and international team working hard to change how people invest.
We’re now looking for a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our investment team. You’ll help us ensure that every asset on our platform meets the highest standards of quality, authenticity, and investment potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior finance professional (ideally with or pursuing a CFA) to gain hands-on experience in one of the most fascinating corners of the investment world.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Perform due diligence on alternative assets such as art, cars, wine, and whisky — analyzing quality, authenticity, and pricing.
- Validate valuations by collecting and comparing market data, auction results, and expert reports.
- Prepare investment cases summarizing your findings and outlining the investment rationale, expected returns, and key risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external experts to maintain quality and consistency across asset categories.
- Continuously improve our internal validation process and data models for better risk control and transparency.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with solid Excel and data analysis experience.
- A structured, methodical, and curious approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (German or French a plus).
- High ethical standards and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- Nice to have: Passion for collectibles or alternative assets like art, wine, or cars.
- Nice to have: CFA Level I–III or a willingness to pursue the certification — we’ll support you in achieving it.
Benefits
Why Splint Invest
- Work at one of Switzerland’s Top 100 Startups, recognized for innovation in fintech.
- Be part of a tight-knit, international team where your work has a real impact.
- Experience a culture that values ownership, learning, and transparency.
- Get hands-on exposure to alternative investments and direct access to founders.
- We fully support professional development, including CFA sponsorship.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help build the leading platform for alternative investments in Europe — we’d love to hear from you.
