IT Engineer Phishing Awareness

Aufgaben

Developing engaging training and awareness initiatives to enhance the bank’s security posture, with a focus on phishing / Monitoring and responding to security threats and incidents / Conducting simulations and tracking compliance / Creating and delivering high-quality content to train employees on best practices for dealing with phishing / Tracking employee training and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements / Analyzing the results of training sessions and phishing simulations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement / Analyzing security data and preparing reports for senior management on risks or potential vulnerabilities / Identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending changes to ensure compliance with security standards / Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards / Organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops to maintain high phishing awareness and minimize operational risks / Supporting company-wide security awareness programs / Research and evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for implementation.

Qualifikation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree / Passion for cybersecurity and the ability to build relationships across the organization / Professional experience with cybersecurity awareness strategies and controls, as well as communication and training programs / In-depth knowledge of security principles and best practices, along with the ability to create and deliver high-quality content / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team / Interested in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment / Strong analytical skills with experience in creating complex reports / Proficiency with IT and MS Office, particularly Excel / German and English.
