YOUR CHALLENGE
- Durchführung von Legal Checks bei Neuzeichnungen von alternativen Anlagen, sog. Non Traditional Funds (NTF)
- Administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft bezüglich OTC Derivaten (Rahmenverträge, Transaktionsbestätigungen) und strukturierten Produkten
- Unterstützung der Juristen- und Dokumentationsteams bei rechtlich relevanten Aufgaben innerhalb von Global Products and Services (GPS) und Custody
- Rechtliche Recherchen in verschiedenen Gebieten
- Betreuung der allgemeinen Mailbox des Teams
YOUR PROFILE
- Mind. 2 Semester Studium in Jurisprudenz oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einer Fachhochschule mit wirtschaftlichem Studiengang, mit Vorteil nach bestandener Bachelor Stufe
- Bankerfahrung von Vorteil
- Interesse für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie an regulatorischen Themen
- Deutsch sowie stilsicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Proaktive, selbständige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
- Teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
