We are seeking a driven and insightful professional to strengthen our Structured Products & FX Development team in Zurich, within the GPS unit (Global Products & Solutions).

In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in shaping the bank’s structured product offerings for Switzerland and our European hub locations, driving innovation, ensuring robust governance, and delivering sophisticated solutions aligned with evolving client demands.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• On-board new equity-, rates-, FX- and cross-asset structures, including idea origination, framework assessment, life-cycle governance, etc.
• Provide actionable insights and product ideas by analysing market & economic developments, investment specialists’ research, portfolio analytics and trade & position data
• Leverage data analytics to interrogate flow, pricing and macro datasets, spot white space demand and optimise product features & parameters
• Partner with distribution desks to articulate value propositions and fulfil client investment needs
• Provide support on tasks related to product offering universe and governance, as required

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of hands-on experience (such as sales, structuring and/or product development) in structured products and OTC derivatives across different asset classes
• Good with data analyses​ to shape product ideas and commercial strategies
• Having Python, SQL, Tableau or equivalent skills would be advantageous
• Good understanding of European and Swiss product governance frameworks and documentation workflows
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a pragmatic approach in solving complex problems, and the abilities to influence key stakeholders across trading, risk, legal and compliance functions
• A background in market research or competitive intelligence is a clear plus
• Fluency in English; German would be an advantage
