How you can make an impact
- Lead the development and execution of AI strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on AI adoption, governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and risk management to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Translate complex AI technologies and capabilities into clear business cases, roadmaps, and actionable plans that drive transformation.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions, and advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and business impact.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to identify use cases, prioritise initiatives and lead organisational change.
- Shape and grow Deloitte’s AI strategy practice by contributing to thought leadership, market positioning, and business development activities.
- Mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of innovation, strategic thinking, and client-centric delivery excellence.
Who we are looking for
Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, business advisory or strategic industry roles focused on AI and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles or strategic leadership positions, advising senior executives on AI adoption and strategy.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, and their business applications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate AI technologies into business value and strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations in AI deployment.
Drive and Motivation:
- Ambitious, strategic thinker with a passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of AI trends and best practices.
Leadership, Commercial Acumen, and Communication Skills:
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts in business terms to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing decision-making.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, managing project delivery, and driving business growth.
Technical and Strategic Expertise:
- Strong understanding of AI technology fundamentals and their practical applications.
- Ability to assess AI risks and benefits from a strategic and operational perspective.
- Experience with AI use case identification, prioritisation, and value realisation.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, LLMs) is advantageous.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage effectively with local clients and teams.
Industry Experience:
- Candidates having industry experience (e.g., senior roles within Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated sectors) with strong domain expertise are highly valued. .
