Tasks

As a legal counsel, you will advise assigned business units and companies in various subjects, for instance in the procurement area, for the product or marketing department.

• Comprehensive legal advice to the assigned business units and companies;
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with customers and business partners;
• Independent legal support of projects;
• Handling of requests from national and international authorities;
• Selection, instruction and supervision of external lawyers.

• Master degree in law;
• Admittance to the Swiss bar is a plus;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in an in-house legal department;
• A committed, independent and precise way of working;
• A good team player and communicator, experienced in negotiations;
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a business-oriented and pragmatic approach to work;
• Very good spoken and written German and English skills; an additional languages would be an asset.
