Drive Swisscom’s partnerships to advance AI and emerging technologies. You connect universities, research organisations, start-ups, and technology companies in Switzerland and worldwide to accelerate impact. With an outside-in view you scan trends, kick off cross-functional projects, and align new initiatives with Swisscom’s strategy. At events and conferences you represent Swisscom and help shape our innovation culture .
- Create and manage partnerships with universities, research organisations, incubators, accelerators, and national AI initiatives
- Build relationships with start-ups and technology firms across Switzerland, Europe, the United States, and China, including on-site visits
- Coordinate Swisscom’s presence at selected conferences, panels, and industry forums
- Bring outside-in insights from global hubs into Swisscom’s AI and technology roadmap
- Start and support new AI innovation projects and ensure measurable business and innovation impact
Your skills
- Degree (ETH/Uni/AUS) in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in innovation management, ecosystem building, or partnerships in technology or telecommunications
- Solid knowledge of AI and emerging technologies and hands-on use of AI tools in daily work
- Proven track record in orchestrating cross-functional initiatives and launching projects
- Skilled at influencing, negotiating, and guiding diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to leadership and external partners
- Strong analytical thinking for prioritising and justifying partnership initiatives
- Confident, resilient, and pragmatic in a fast-changing environment
- Very good English; German or French is a plus
